In the shopping cart navigation menu you will find a link named My Account that will take you to your personal information, once you enter your email and password. If you modify your information in this form, our database will be automatically modified as well.

2.1 How can I shop at novaPop.com?

- Are you ready? Then click on and tell us how you want your portrait in only 3 easy steps that will make your order unique:

1. Style
In this section you will select the style you like the most. You will see all the different compositons made up of one, two or more panels and the available orientations: rectangular, landscape, etc. Don’t worry, at all times you will preview graphical examples so you can have an idea of how each style looks like.

2. Size
Depending on the style you choose in the previous step, we will show you the available size for that style. Next to each size, a base price will be displayed, which is how much your portrait will cost in the style chosen, in paper, no frame and with only one person featured.

3. Endings
This is the last step in the process to personalize your portrait. You’ve already chosen the style and size. Now you will have the option to decide if you want:
- Frame: we will show you the price of framing your portrait depending on the size you chose.
- Canvas: we will show you the price of having your portrait in canvas depending on the size you chose.
- More than one person/photo: we will show you the price of having more than one person/photo in your portrait, depending on the size you chose.


You are almost done. If you are ready to order, just click to add to your shopping cart.

Adding to the shopping cart:

Your order will be added to your shopping cart which you can preview in the top right corner of the page. You can preview your orders by clicking in each of the products displayed. You can verify that your order is correct: portrait, quantity and price, according to your selections. The price shown on your shopping cart includes your order (excluding shipping charges and applicable sales taxes), plus any other free special offers we might eventually add to your order (tshirts, mugs, etc) from novaPop.com. If you don’t want to add these offers, just remove them from your cart (don’t worry, we won’t be offended!)

You changed your mind? It’s allright; you can still modify your order by simply deleting your order in the shopping cart and starting your selection all over again.
Do you want more? Of course, it’s so easy and the portraits are so cool, you might want to buy them in pairs. Click on and start the three steps again. Your orders will accumulate in the shopping cart until you decided to checkout.

If everything is correct and you wish to check out, click on .

If you are a registered user (read more on Registering) you will just need to introduce your username and password to start the checkout process. You will complete the following steps:

·Verify your shipping address: In case this is a gift or if you want your portrait shipped to a different address than your shipping address, you can specify this option from here. You will also be given the option to add, if you wish, a message for the gift card we include in the order.
·Indicate your payment method (Read section Payment options) and the billing address: You can indicate separate billing and shipping addresses.
·Order summary: Verify that all the information is correct in your order and proceed to
·Send us your photo: Congratulations! You have just finished the buying process. Now to the fun stuff: email or send us your photo/s so we can customize your portrait. (Read more on How do I send my photos?).

2.2 Can I checkout later, after I have made a decision?
If you wish to consult with your pillow before going to checkout, novaPop.com allows you to save your selection for future visits to our site. You will need to be registered before saving your selections (Read more on How to register in novaPop.com). Next time you visit novaPop.com and you log in, you will be able to see all your previous selection in your shopping cart.

2.4 I can´t find what I´m looking for. Can I make a custom order?

Is there anything you were thinking about and is not available in the formats that we offer? Don´t worry, that´s ok. We have tried to limit the available options so it would be easier for you to order, but we are open to all indecent proposals out there: just drop us an email to info@novaPop.com. In two business days, we will contact you with a proposal.

2.5 I want to order a portrait for someone else, how do I do that?

It’ s very easy. Go throught the ordering and check out process as you would if it was for yourself. Select the shipping address for that special someone that will receive the order. Additionally, you can write the text for the gift card that we’ll include with the portrait.
Now, this time you don’t have any excuses to come up with an original gift!

2.6 How do I send you my photos?

You have different options:
- By email: email to us your photos to the address fotos@novaPop.com. The file should be no bigger than 250Kb big. Please include your novaPop.com username with your email. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we receive your photo/s.
- By regular mail: We can scan your photos for you. Just send them to us the following address and we will take care of it at no extra charge. Try to pack the photo so it won’t bend (we recommend you put a rigid carton in the envelope). As soon as we receive the photos, we will let you know by email. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for lost photos in the mail. The address where you should send the photo/s to is:

In order to make the best portrait out of your photo/s, we highly recommend that you send us a good quality picture, where the face of the person will be clear and with a good contrast (not dark or burnt). The ideal picture is a headshot of the person. If you want to have a “fun” portrait, we recommend you add some accessories to your picture (glasses, hats and earrings all make great details in our popart portraits)

Note!
·Don’t send us more photos than the ones you chose in your selection. If you chose a portrait of 4 panels with two faces, you will only need to send 2 photos. In case we receive more photos than needed for your order, novaPop.com will use them in the order they were received.

3.1 How does novaPop.com guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of my personal information?

At novaPop.com we are very concerned about the privacy and confidentiality of our customer’s information. All the transactions done through the ordering and gathering of information processes are processed under a secure server. All the information gathered through our server will be used solely to process your orders. We can as well as contact you for future offers and services we might provide, as long as you authorize us to do so.
novaPop.com guarantees not to share any information provided to us in the registration process to any third party company, unless you authorize us to do so. If you wish to be deleted from our database, please send us an email to info@novaPop.com.
