| How must your pictures be |

| Following are some important recommendations that your picture must fulfil. |
|
- Close Up (up to the chest maximum)
- For individual models the picture must be individual. For couple models, the two persons must appear together in the same picture (not two different pictures)
- Minimum resolution: 150 dpi
- Minimum size: 600x800 pixels

| Please make sure that your picture is neither blurred or too dark, that it is a close up of the person you want in your portrait and that the person is not too far away when you shoot the picture. And most of all, the picture sent must not be too small, the bigger it is, the better we will extract the features for the portrait. |

| How and when you must send us the pictures |
|
| Once the order has been made you must send us the pictures so we can make the portrait. There are different ways in which you can send them: |
